I’ve had some fantastic chili in my time. While I still think that my mama’s chili is still the best I’ve had, I’d say all the great chili recipes out there have something unique to offer. I’ve discovered a few variations on this meaty comfort food over the years, and one of my recent finds is Bill’s chili.
Bill’s chili is one for feeding a crowd. And if you’re not cooking this chili to feed a crowd, you can freeze the leftovers. It will taste better a couple of days later. Now, I don’t know who Bill is, but whoever he or she is, I’d like to buy them a beer to show my appreciation for their brilliant recipe.
