Bite-Size Hasselback Potatoes: The Perfect Party Grub

I’m in love with hasselback potatoes. Aren’t you? I mean, what’s not to love about these cuties? They’re potatoes slit thinly to a hinge, a slice of cheese inserted between each slit, and baked until the potato skins are all crispy and the cheese melty.
