Flu season is right around the corner. What have you done to prepare for it so far? As for us, we’re ready to take our flu shots whenever we need to, and we’re trying to get as much exercise as we can despite the cold. More importantly, we try to include immune-boosting food in our meal rotations, like this loaded chicken soup.
